Its the October long weekend here in Sydney, which means two things: Daylight Savings commences and its time for the annual Mother Of All Battles convention! Its a relatively small Con, but its less than 45mins away so the boys didn't need much of an excuse to get out there and spend some money.

Spotted you strolling past, Paul but I was to busy playing Infinity. Tell Alan that DBA 3 is fine, well I think so after exactly 2 games haha. Nice loot, pile of shame, must remember this.

DeleteGreat day out. In some ways MOAB made me a bit sad - looking around the hall the demographic was definitely late middle aged men. As Aled said, you could smell the grognard. I'd love to see them trying to broaden the appeal out more. That being said, there was lots of lovely stuff, and I thought the Bolt Action armies looked terrific. So nice to see how much effort had been put into them. Like Curt, my favourite was the LRDG.
