The first models I've finished in a year! Good to be back!
Got these Crusader Squad boys second hand and pre built. I understand these guys are better in the game built as a melee unit but even in the 41st Millenium somebody has to shoot guns! Colour wise I went with something a bit different to my other Templars to make them look cleaner and cohesive as a unit.
Wanted them less grimy, noting there are Squires/Neophytes in the squad to clean the battle gear. So the shoulder guards are clean in classic Titanium white as per Zorn Palette. In that theme I used more Ocre too, with all the guns done in yellow rather than the usual red.

Black Undercoat overall, V heavy drybrush- Corvus Black, Heavy drybrush Skavenblight dinge, Light Zenithal drybrush
Shoulderpads - Drybrush x 2 Celestra Grey / Titanium White x 3 (Pro Acryl)
Tabards & Cloth - Dark Sand / Sepia Wash
Yellow Weapons - Averland Sunset (2 coats) / Sepia wash / Ariel yellow over the white highlights
Fleshy Bitz - AP Barbarian Flesh / Flesh Wash / mixed AP Barbarian Flesh and AP Light Flesh
