Ingredients
100g plain flour, sifted
pinch of salt
2 eggs
200ml milk
75ml beer (Man Cave Brewery product of course)
Method:
- sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl
- crack and add eggs
- whisk everything together gradually adding small quantities of the milk and beer mixture
- carry on until you have a smooth batter, with the consistency of thin cream.
- get your frying pan really hot, with some oil in it
- add a dollop of batter
- Cook until golden brown...flipping being optional, but true Men always flip as high as they can
- Scoff down with toppings as desired.
Now I'm ready to go do some painting and modelling. I'll get another batch of home brew on today too!
Need to get some beer!

ReplyDeleteMmmm!
ReplyDeleteMany thanks!
