The first brew in the new Man Cave went on today - one has to have priorities after all!
This time its a Cooper's Canadian Blonde using Maltose (and Victorian rain water!), which in a few weeks should provide a nice light beer for these hot Summer months!
Hi Taz, love the Nam stuff you have posted on the USMC!!! BTW from Canada, and lvoe the brew as well as Oz. Was there for a month in 2006, lovely country.
