Grain Store

As you might have seen on my recent 'to do' list is a raised storage building, typically used for keeping grain off the damp ground where it would spoil.

I found this very inspiring version, scratchbuilt by blogger "Lt Hazel" for his Arthurian project - wonderful stuff indeed!

And of course today is the 4th of July!
Happy Independence Day to our Friends from the US.  Comrade James and I have had the opportunity of serving in active theatres of operation with members of the US armed forces, and we wish you all a wonderful national holiday!
