No, I couldnt help myself - a sampling was in order! I must admit I'm a little proud of myself with this tasty, clear brew, though another few weeks will help add some extra carbonation.
Nevertheless "Cro-Magnon Lager", the first Man Cave Brewery product, is born!
I love brewing but haven't done it in many years. I just loved making stouts.
ReplyDeleteA frien of mine has recommended a 'double stout'- use the same volume of water but add two worts. He says it comes out just like uiness! One to have ready for next winter I think. Summers here are too hot for stout!
