In doing some research on 28mm Longboats I came across this model by Justin Taylor of Veni Vidi Vici.
He says 'I used a Gripping Beast longboat cut in half to create two beached long boat 'ends' that I use in my games'. Expensive materials - awesome effect!
That's quite good, I like it as it gives you an objective aswell.

ReplyDeleteThat does look good. It wouldn't take up much space on the table or shelf but would add a lot to the game.

An expensive, but not outrageous component for modeling, and you can't argue with the results.
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed effective, and as an objective doesnt take up too much table space. I think he has done a great job with it.
ReplyDeleteMy GB Longship will be a bit more seaworthy, however, for some battles afloat!
