I love Ginger Beer. It's what we drank in England before the coke invasion. It seems to be coming back. That reminds me. i have some in the fridge.
So strong, it'll rip your face off! Ironically, the kids dont like it though I made the non-alcoholic version for them :-D
Mixed with some tonic its quite refreshing to give one's liver the night off.
